1. Favorite book for women?
- Thus Spoke Zarathustra by Friedrich Nietzsche, I read it at 18 and it gave me the permission to think straight and cut through moral fluff which kept me and keeps most women small.
2. Best self-care hack?
- I call it Sensuousness: become aware of your body and your emotions as often as you can (instead of checking your phone).
3. Best advice a mentor’s ever given you?
- Take your time to read, it’s like getting invaluable advice from some of the smartest people that ever lived (got published ;)
4. Female CEO or thought leader you admire?
- It’s hard to pick only one, Sheryl Sandberg because she’s driven and in touch with her feminine sensuousness.
5. One thing you’d tell your 5 years younger self?
- “Don’t be too proud to ask for advice and don’t be reluctant to take on the mentors that naturally come into your life. Some people love to help without asking for anything in return.”
