1. Favorite book for women?
- David Deida’s Intimate Communion – because it always reminds me of the true goddess I can be and how I want to show up in relationship and in life.
2. Favorite self-care hack?
- Spending time with my man ;-)
3. Most valuable advice you’ve received and who gave it to you?
- One of my early coaches and mentors Susan Hyatt once said to me: “What people say or do, says something about them, not you.” (Tweet this) This has stuck with me and always helps me refrain from judgement and anger.
4. Female CEO or thought leader you admire?
- There are so many!! If I have to name just one, it would probably be Brené Brown. She is the perfect mix between humble, smart, authentic, funny and vulnerable.
5. One thing you’d tell your 5 years younger self?
- I think I would probably answer this at any age: “It’s all gonna be okay. Really. You’ve got this, go with your gut!”
